These Terms of Use govern your use of the PLNTD loyalty app provided by PLNTD LONDON LTD. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
2. The loyalty scheme
You earn 1 point per qualifying purchase when a member of staff scans your QR code. When you reach 10 points you may redeem them for one free drink, after which your points reset to 0.
The free drink reward applies to regular drinks on our menu only. It excludes extras and customisations, including syrup shots, alternative milks, espresso shots, Go Big and Create Your Own.
Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to another person.
We may change the number of points needed for a reward, the rewards offered, or the rules of the scheme, and will make reasonable efforts to let you know of significant changes.
3. Fair use
You agree not to misuse the app — for example by attempting to earn points without a genuine purchase, tampering with QR codes, or otherwise abusing the rewards scheme. We may suspend or remove points, or close accounts, where we reasonably believe the scheme is being abused.
4. Availability
We aim to keep the app available and accurate but provide it "as is". We do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for losses caused by matters outside our reasonable control.
5. Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms.
